Workstation Massages

Therapists will go to each employee's workstation and do their massages at their desks

5 Chairs and 1 large table - please book staff consecutively every 20 minutes

How and Where these Massages will take place? (Pick One)

  • There will be 3-4 Therapists available to do the treatments, each of whom can massage 10-15 clients per day.
  • A Maximum of 60 Clients can be booked per day.
  • More than 60 staff members will need more days booked (Consult with me regarding the available dates and possibilities)
  • A quote will be sent via email.
  • On reply of this email, a request for information will be sent to secure the booking.
  • Product Profiles and Posters will be sent when booking is confirmed.
  • We will arrive at least 30min before the scheduled time to unpack and get ready for action.
  • Payment for bookings will include a Deposit to be paid 7 Days before the booking and the remaining amount on the day of the booking.

Please provide us with 2 Dates and Times, we will always try and accommodate you on your first request, but need to have second option available if possible.


Please Confirm the following


  1. You are not permitted to use B-Light to bribe employees. It is not B-light’s obligation to show your employees the respect they deserve; rather, it is your company’s responsibility. B-Light is just one tool you may use to express gratitude to your staff for their efforts.
  2.  It is anticipated that EVERY attendee will be scheduled in order or consecutively. We anticipate treating all employees in a straight line, without interruption, if a specific number is mentioned. Please take into account that this booking schedule may be impacted by meetings and lecture schedules, and it is obligatory to mention these Schedules.
  3. To guarantee that the scheduling goes according to plan, a representative must be selected if a booking schedule is employed. (B-light may supply a reservation schedule upon request.)
  4. Unless there is a legitimate reason why they are unable to come, it is anticipated that the number of guests that were initially specified in the reservation will attend. 
  5. Even if purchasing is optional, all treatments must involve a presentation of our products. 
  6. The B-Light supervisor will speak with the Point of contact and clarify the situation if our therapists or the Supervisor feel mistreated, unwelcome, or sexually harassed on the job, or if our needs are not being met in terms of accommodations or staff attitude. Based on these findings, a decision will be made regarding whether the team will stay or depart.
  7. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice before the reservation date, it is expected that the invoice be paid in full. 
  8. B-Light is a legitimate company as well. We will give your workers the most excellent professional service possible. We hope that you would get in touch with us and share your thoughts if you don’t think we live up to your expectations so we can keep improving.
  9. B-Light entered this field on June 1st, 2018. We will be able to give you the information and recommendations you need if you are unsure about scheduling wellness days or our reservations.
  10. Please be aware that the times listed on the poster do not represent the final schedule. The outcome of the reservation and staff presence will determine the changes in time.
  11. No other service providers offering the same service as B-Light must be accommodated at your site on the same day as the scheduled booking.
